By creating an account, purchasing a Product, or otherwise using this storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from WhatOption. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products and Digital Delivery
WhatOption sells digital educational products for software engineers, including but not limited to debugging playbooks, architecture templates, prompt packs, and courses. Products are delivered electronically, typically via download link, account access, or emailed instructions, immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase via our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
Test Mode Notice: While this storefront operates in Stripe test mode, no real charges are processed and no goods are delivered against test transactions. Once live payments are enabled, this notice no longer applies and all purchases are binding, real transactions.
5. License to Use Purchased Content
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased Product for your own personal or internal professional use. You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Product content with individuals who have not purchased it.
Reproduce, publish, or upload Product content to any public repository, course platform, or file-sharing service.
Use Product content to create a directly competing product or service.
Claim authorship of the Product content.
All Products remain the intellectual property of WhatOption and Sukhbeer Kumar. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
You agree not to: (a) use the storefront for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with the normal operation of the site; or (d) use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content without our written permission.
8. Account Responsibility

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. The storefront platform is provided by PersonaCart. Your use of these third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
